I work with individuals and groups providing a comfortable and calming space to work out life’s challenges. Many individuals come in with patterns of behavior that have been difficult to escape. The pressure of modern society creates unique challenges and clients need a space to work out these stresses, anxieties and addictive patterns. Many of my clients work on strengthening their identity, emotional balance, acceptance in relationships and individual growth. I offer a variety of healing methods: holistic therapy, storytelling, spiritual work, family and cognitive therapies. We will combine methods to clear anything that keeps you from experiencing your true self. We will work together to heal the parts that have been holding you back.
