I work with adults and young adults in individual, marriage and family therapy. My goal is to assist all clients on their journey towards healing, wholeness and harmony in their lives. Life can be hard, I strive to offer a safe place that inspires growth during these times. I take an electric approach to therapy, using cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered, solution focused and faith-based positive psychology therapy. I offer individualized treatment planning to help clients identify and reach their goals.
