Hello! My name is Erin, and my background is rooted in helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Together, we will reconnect you to your self-worth and mastery and provide tools to help you better navigate life's challenges in order to create meaningful, lasting change in your life. Therapy is a very personal process that requires compassion and support. In therapy, we ask ourselves difficult questions, reflecting on our truth, meaning, feelings, and actions while creating pathways for change. I create a therapeutic space built on trust that will allow for reflection, accountability, and hope.
