I am a holistic practitioner focused on supporting women who are experiencing life transitions (divorce / break-up, job / career change, move, menopause, fertility issues/ IVF, miscarriage, abortion), questioning their life meaning / purpose, needing quality self care, and those who want a mind / body / spirit approach. I also work with women who may be experiencing anxiety and / or depression related to the above mentioned issues. I'm also able to help and support those who are struggling with the current socio-political climate and navigating personal and relationship challenges that are a result of this.
