About

I (she/her) am a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in relational therapy, with a focus on attachment, and human sexuality. My approach to therapy is compassionate, authentic, and humanistic. I work systemically, with an emphasis on emotions, and believe we are all doing the best we know how to do, and have the ability to change when we learn how to engage differently with ourselves and with the people in our lives. In all my work I hold the space for a person to feel vulnerable, yet supported while empowering them to look within for internal strengths as a foundation for the work.
