I work with adults and adolescents struggling with OCD, anxiety disorders, complex trauma, and PTSD. Many of my clients feel stuck in exhausting cycles of fear, avoidance, self-doubt, or shame—and therapy with me focuses on helping them break those patterns and move toward lives that feel more meaningful and manageable. I'm warm, sincere, and straightforward, and I bring a sense of humor to the therapy room. My approach to therapy is person-centered, relational, trauma-informed, and deeply collaborative. I also take a systems-based, ecological lens to the work we do together.
