I am a warm, compassionate therapist with extensive experience working with adults who are thoughtful, capable, and often outwardly “doing well,” yet internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or self-doubting. Many of my clients are high-functioning and responsible, but carry chronic worry, perfectionism, or pressure to keep it all together. I offer a collaborative, non-judgmental space to slow down, better understand yourself, and develop practical tools for managing stress, quieting anxiety, and building greater ease, self-trust, and emotional balance.
