First and foremost, I know that it takes courage to reach out to talk to someone, and I am glad you have found this page. More than anything, I hope to help my clients navigate their paths in life and find the happiness they want and deserve. I especially enjoy working with females as they explore the ups and downs of everyday life. I have a special interest and skill set in working with women with Perinatal Mood Disorders and various life transitions. As mother myself, I know it can be hard to reach out. Life gets busy, but it's always important to make time for yourself.
