I work with clients with various mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD to help them understand their symptoms as well as resolving relationship issues, family conflict, and working through the pain of grief/loss. I am committed to helping my clients reach their full potential by providing them the tools necessary to gain insight, problem solve, and heal in order to become the person they want to be. I try to provide a compassionate and encouraging environment to help my clients gain confidence and help them better understand themselves and their choices.
