I am trained in treating children, adolescents, college-aged students, individual adults, couples, and families. I have treated family and couple conflicts, mood and anxiety disorders, cases of bullying and child abuse, domestic violence, eating disorders, substance abuse and addiction, sexual trauma, medical concerns/chronic health issues, sports and academic performance struggles, and work related stress. I want to help clients set and achieve realistic and healthy goals for themselves and create, nurture, and maintain healthy relationships and boundaries. I want to assist each person gain the tools to succeed, grow, and thrive.
