I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to listen, guide, and offer support as we work together. I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and adults experiencing a wide array of challenges including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, substance use, and life transitions.
