Welcome, I am so glad you are here! I want to acknowledge your courage and celebrate you taking this step for yourself and your family. I am passionate about providing a safe and non-judgmental space to support others in the process of growing into their authentic self. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR Certified Therapist, and Registered Play Therapist that works with children, teens and adults on many different presenting issues; maternal mental health, trauma, parenting, anxiety, and life transitions. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for Registered interns for their Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) status.
