I enjoy working with clients on issues such as career challenges, women's issues, family conflict, relationship issues, depression & anxiety, ADHD/ADD, as well as anger, stress management & PTSD. I also provide therapy to survivors of trauma, trafficking, abuse/neglect, and substance dependency. My approach is that of a guide; as I aim to empower the client and not instruct, force or belittle them. I am interactive, transparent and hands-on as a therapist.
