Hi! My name is Erin and I am eager to learn more about what brings you to Grow Therapy and how we can work together to improve your overall quality of life and happiness. The first thing I want to do is get to know you- who are you, what's important to you in life, and what things would you like to try and change or improve. I want to push and challenge you to be reflective and conscious when it comes to navigating the world around you, your relationships, and your inner thoughts. We all have the power within us to determine our journey and destination. In our first session, I will introduce myself briefly and answer any questions you might have. I will then spend most of our time together learning more about you- what's important to you, why is it important, and what are your goals in therapy.
