I have been in private practice for about ten years. I am dedicated to providing all of my clients with compassionate and empathetic support and a non-judgemental space, always. I recognize that each family history, structure and dynamic is unique and so should be their therapeutic approach. While I believe that YOU are the only expert in your life, I can help guide you to solutions by offering a fresh perspective consisting of ideas and suggestions based on my experience. I strive to consistently help clients process, heal and understand how the trauma they have experienced in their life may inform their current challenges. I am proud of my experience as a social worker and therapist but the most influential factor in my clinical development has been my experience as a human! I achieved my MSW at Boston University in 2008 and worked as a clinical social worker in residential facilities, family counseling, school and military settings. I also have a certification in trauma.
