As a therapist, my primary intention is to create a non-judgmental space where I can connect genuinely with clients to guide them towards a journey of healing. On this journey I hope to help clients develop a deep connection with themselves and their capability to live a purposeful, fulfilled, healthy, and joyous life. I have many years of experience counseling individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, psychosomatic pain, eating disorders, and neurodiverse diagnoses such as ADHD. I utilize a person-centered approach because I believe the client knows themself the best, and my job is to assist them to find their voice.
