Finding a therapist can be overwhelming. I understand that it takes not only energy, but also courage to seek support and reach out. Knowing this, I strive to create a safe space for your most authentic self. I am dedicated to meeting you with empathy, genuine curiosity, and a balance of challenge and support. I welcome a wide variety of clients, both individuals and couples, to navigate anxiety, depression, identity exploration, life transitions, neurodiversity, and an examination of the many relationships in their lives. I see therapy as a collaborative and curiosity-filled space where all parts of you can feel seen and heard. My therapy practice centers your unique experiences within a systems-minded, neurodiverse, and intersectional feminist lens. I use relational, parts work, emotions-focused, concrete coping tools, and somatic techniques to highlight client strengths, grow insight, and build mental health skills.
