Everyone deserves a safe space to process their lives and struggles, from trauma and family situations, to anxiety and depression, to big life changes. It can be so intimidating to feel pressured to expose the most vulnerable parts of your story to a person you barely know. My goal is to focus on my relationship with clients and helping them feel safe and comfortable being themselves and expressing whatever it is they need.
