Hi! I’m Erin and I'm so glad you're here. It takes courage and vulnerability to step into a space for yourself and it takes strength and persistence to pursue it. I have a deep passion to walk alongside my clients, and that was born out of my own personal experience with therapy. I am dedicated to creating a safe, consistent space for my clients where they can be their unapologetic, authentic selves. My goal is that together, we can find relationship, healing, and growth so that you can experience the fullness of life you deserve. My primary approach is using evidence-based practices including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Brainspotting Therapy.
