I am a licensed mental health clinician working with individuals and couples. I utilize a person-centered approach to provide a safe, judgment-free environment for clients to explore themes, relationships, moods, and stressors while addressing maladaptive patterns causing distress. My primary focus is creating a safe space for vulnerability and acceptance. Initially, we will schedule a phone consultation to discuss your unique needs and what you hope to gain from our sessions, as well as address any questions or concerns you have beginning the therapeutic process.
