Hi, I'm Erin! I feel passionately about the power of connection and the importance of relationships. I strive to create a comforting and authentic space where tweens, teens, and young adults feel safe exploring life’s joys and inevitable challenges. As a former middle school counselor and mom of two adolescent boys, I truly understand the complexities of these incredible years. I believe in a few key principles that guide my approach. Kids need to understand how their brain works. They need to understand that they have power over their thoughts and how to harness that power. Most importantly, for them to understand anything at all, they must first feel safe and heard. I prioritize getting to know each client as an individual.
