I’m deeply committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals, like myself, who may struggle to extend grace and kindness to themselves in their day-to-day lives and find affirming care for their needs. My goal is to work alongside my clients to highlight their strengths and promote overall wellness, whether they're navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, shame, fear, or any of the many other difficulties that come with being human in today's world.
