I have worked in mental health for 20 years and have found my passion counseling adolescents and young adults. In the past, I have had the privilege of working at Children's Hospital for 11 years where I specialized in crisis work, as well as outpatient and inpatient behavioral services. My experience includes a wide range of mood and personality disorders, suicidal tendencies, self-harming behaviors, anxiety, depression, psychosis, aggression, emotional distress, trauma and abuse. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, emotional support and the LGBTQ+ community.
