I work with individuals and couples both in person and online, via telehealth. I've worked frequently with trauma and have received EMDR and Gottman Level 1 training. I believe in the power of perspective and utilizing internal strengths to overcome life’s difficulties and hardships. Therapy is a great way to explore what has been holding you back in life and find new pathways to changes in your life that you desire. I know this process can be difficult and I work hard to ensure that my office is a judgment-free safe space where you can explore yourself and the process.
