Accepting new clients, including evenings! Are life changes leaving you overwhelmed, struggling to get through the day, or impacting your relationships? Are you caring for others and finding yourself in survival mode? Are old patterns no longer working for you? I would be honored to help you find hope and healing through these and other struggles, in a safe, affirming, and trauma-informed space. I work with adults throughout the life span to explore life transitions, relationship and parenting struggles, questions about identity and values, stress management, caregiving, and new or ongoing difficulties with mood and anxiety.
