I hope to create a space for authentic connection, safety and trust, in which we can work together to develop strategies for reaching your goals. It takes courage and vulnerability to face life’s stresses, and I would feel grateful to walk together with you in that process. I want to empower you to find tools for improving your relationship with yourself, your family, and others around you! I enjoy working with individuals of all ages. A lot of my work in recent years has focused most heavily on supporting people who have experienced trauma, grief, adjustments in life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship stresses. Depending on your personal preferences, we might use a variety of modalities and approaches.
