I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience in helping individuals navigate life transitions and stress. I assist individuals in finding stability during uncertain times and managing changes in their lives. My work involves accompanying people through significant life challenges, helping them learn skills and tools to manage their stress, if needed, assisting in grieving the loss of what they once envisioned and encouraging them to explore new possibilities for the future. In our first session, we will begin with brief introductions and a general assessment. After that, we will focus on the challenges you are facing, as well as your hopes, wishes, and goals for our work together. We will use this information to collaborate on a plan for guiding our future therapy sessions.
