I’m a licensed social worker – and a mom to 4 – whose practice currently focuses on supporting clients through the major life transition of new parenthood. I have specialized training in working with postpartum depression and anxiety, birth trauma, parental overwhelm and burnout, and perinatal grief and loss. I also use SPACE - Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions - to help parents who want to be more supportive of their anxious kids.
