I enjoy working primarily with adults who have dealt with depression, anxiety, and trauma since childhood/adolescence and are wanting to begin their healing journey. I also enjoy working with clients who have interpersonal relationship concerns and are wanting to improve that aspect of their lives. My specialties include depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, interpersonal relationship concerns, self esteem, and chronic illness.
