I am not accepting new clients at this time. I have been a clinical mental health therapist for over 15 years. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults with trauma, anxiety, depression, and major mental illness. I utilize evidenced-based practices specific to the presenting problem, ages, and stages of the client. These include but are not limited to EMDR, CBT/DBT, play therapy, family therapy, narrative therapy, progressive counting, client-focused, and strength based therapy. I am passionate about helping clients overcome challenges and difficulties so that they can reach their full potential.
