I work with individuals ages 8 through adulthood and specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, and depression. I am trained in trauma-informed care, DBT, and CBT, and I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s unique needs and experiences. What I value most about being a counselor is supporting people through some of their most challenging times and getting to see the changes they can make in their lives week after week. Healing is not a straight line, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported as they move at their own pace.
