I'm accepting new clients. I work with individuals 16+ who are navigating the complexities of being human. My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and genuine curiosity. I am passionate about supporting people in reconnecting with parts of themselves. Maybe you tend to lead with logic but struggle to access or express emotion. Or maybe your feelings are so big and consuming that they cloud your sense of identity. Wherever you find yourself, I offer a space grounded in honesty, curiosity, and care. All identities are welcome here, and your full self is invited into the room. I have a special interest in working with life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and concerns related to self-worth and identity. Our work together may include a collaborative exploration of your inner world, along with practices that support the connection between your mind and body.
