I specialize in working with couples navigating early parenthood, life transitions, infidelity, and more. I work with couples at any stage in their relationship. In our work, we will identify the root causes of conflict, improve conflict resolution strategies, improve communication, and increase satisfaction, connection and friendship in the relationship. I am a certified Gottman trained couples therapist, and follow the evidence-based practice to helping achieve happiness.
