I specialize in supporting first responders and individuals / couples affected by trauma, stressful childhoods, divorce, infidelity, and that darn anxiety or depression that just lingers. I’ve trained service dogs, volunteered in Jamaica missions, and in my late 40s, I bought my first motorcycle — because I believe in pushing boundaries and embracing growth at any stage of life.
