Note- current openings are midday times. Offering counseling support for teens, adults and elders utilizing modalities tailored for each client. I work in a compassionate, nurturing and collaborative style to help you navigate life's difficulties. Offering in-person and telehealth talk therapy and EMDR to address trauma, depression, anxiety and other challenges. Office-based or walk-and talk therapy offered April-November on my small backyard farm. Animal-assisted support available with therapy dog, Jupiter, upon request. I have worked supporting children, teens, and adults for over 18 years. I can offer skillful support to address a variety of difficulties- trauma, anxiety, grief, depression and life transitions. I will listen fully to your needs and work with you to create a plan to treat the challenges you are facing. There is no shame in reaching out for a helping hand.
