As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community I enjoy working with clients within this community. I cater to the stressed, anxious and worried well. If you struggle with negative irrational thinking and want to shift your thinking to improve your quality of life, I'd be happy to help! Starting therapy is a courageous process and I believe it’s important to develop a safe, confidential and professional connection. I value a collaborative approach where a client can feel both connected and challenged in their work. I utilize a variety of approaches but most likely there will be empathy, fact checking, a little humor and support.
