I believe that we all have a source of strength and wisdom within, and sometimes the difficulties and challenges of life can cause us to feel separate from this. I love helping my clients realize they have this space within, discussing ways they can access it, and giving them additional tools to strengthen their ability to live their lives with confidence and a deeper sense of calm and trust. Life no doubt presents situations and relationships that can provoke anxiety, worry, anger, and many other strong emotions. I validate my client's concerns while also helping them overcome their adversities.
