I am astonished each day by the beauty and resilience of the human mind and spirit. I believe that we all have so much wisdom, power and purpose inside of us that is just beneath the surface, waiting to breakthrough and be expressed. Sometimes when we feel we are at our lowest, our inherent will to grow and overcome is unleashed and we can alchemize all of the pain, trauma and darkness into power, joy and light. This does not have to be a long and draining process, in fact, my goal is to facilitate relief, hope and excitement for the future as soon as the first session, and move from surviving to thriving.
