I’m a therapist, assessor, & late-in-life diagnosed neurodivergent. I believe in the connection between body, mind, & spirit, and explore these with my clients to help them find balance. My training & professional experience is broad & combined with my personal experiences have given me perspective into the trauma we encounter in our world which has deepened my sense of empathy and my understanding that everyone’s journey is unique - even if we experience seemingly the same trauma.
