I specialize in self-confidence which I define as being able to listen to yourself and trust yourself. I provide a safe, quiet space for you to listen. Together we will notice what you hear and how you respond with curiosity and compassion. I trust my clients to move at a pace that feels comfortable enough for them to do the work they are (mostly) ready to do. We can consider doing things differently by incorporating self-compassion, boundaries, and balancing your needs with environmental expectations. We practice slowing down enough to listen to our intuition.
