I believe healing begins when individuals look inwards and take a holistic approach to their own well-being. Stripping away what does not work and helping clients establish healthy boundaries in relationships that will bring them more joy and fulfillment is a primary goal in my approach with clients. Understanding that it takes time to figure out the best approach for each individual client; I strive to help clients first focus on therapeutic themes and in time develop goals that will help them achieve inner peace and well-being.
