My experience as a teacher and professional school counselor, allows for an increased understanding of school related challenges and needs, such as: ADHD, emotional and behavioral difficulties, stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, social and friendship skills, self-esteem, nutrition and body image, grief and loss, divorce and family changes and confidence building. Helping children understand and accept themselves is the first step to making positive changes.
