I offer a grounded, collaborative & therapeutic space for people who want real change — insight, tools, and a place to practice being the most authentic version of yourself As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I provide neurodivergent-affirming, systems-focused, and sex-positive care. I am trauma-informed and used EMDR, and co-regulation in my work with couples and individuals. I offer a supportive space to rebuild trust, deepen understanding, increase mutual respect and manage the complexity of life and love.
