Welcome! Many people experience overwhelm, hurt, or feeling stuck. When this happens within (or because of) a religious setting, it can feel especially confusing and isolating. As a faith-based counselor, I specialize in clergy wellness and trauma-informed care within Christian communities. Spiritual hurt, distress, and anxiety are more common than we often acknowledge, yet they might go unnamed and unsupported. These experiences can create shame or disconnection, even though they are deeply human responses to confusing circumstances. If this sounds like your situation, there is space to slow down and feel what you need to feel. The clients I work with care deeply about their faith, or are trying to figure out what they believe, but feel stuck, conflicted, or worn out. Together, we’ll make space for who you are now and where you want to go. We’ll focus on what actually matters to you, notice your strengths and your limits, and set goals that feel realistic rather than overwhelming.
