I have nearly 20 years experience in the field of Social Work. I work from a psychodynamic perspective, partnering with you to uncover unconscious patterns and learn from early relationships. We will use parts work to help you heal and have a more compassionate + trusting relationship with self. Using mindfulness, you will learn to better attune to yourself.
