I am part of a group practice called Attention, Behavior and Cognition Psychological Services. The person reading this might be an individual or a parent trying to get some help managing mental health symptoms that are impacting their ability to function at home, school, or the community. Feeling the burden and stressors of the world is not an ideal baseline functioning level. Needing a place to be vulnerable, without judgement and unconditional acceptance is not just ideal but a reality within our sessions.
