Hello, my name is Dr. Erin Terada. I obtained both my Psy.D. Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and have over 13 years of experience working with adolescents, adults and their families. I currently specialize in the treatment of Eating Disorders, OCD Related Disorders, Anxiety Disorders and Trauma-related issues. I have had the privilege to work in a variety of settings, from inpatient units addressing critical mental health issues as well as outpatient and residential settings assisting individuals in their longer-term recovery process. Additionally, I have trained in CBT-based therapies such as DBT, ACT, I-CBT, ERP, HRT, CPT/PE and self-regulation models of intervention. I believe change occurs through the process of the relationship and is a journey that anyone can master.
