Sometimes, overcoming challenges requires more than just awareness. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, ready to break the cycle and create meaningful change. I strive to meet my clients with compassion and actionable tools to move toward the life you envision. I specialize in working with eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, and codependency. I also have extensive experience supporting LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients with ADHD, ASD, and AuDHD. My work is firmly rooted in promoting self-compassion and wholehearted acceptance of yourself, just as you are.
