I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), certified by NAADAC as a Master’s Level Addiction Counselor. My work focuses on trauma, addiction, and mental health disorders. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Seeking Safety, Family Systems, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE), and EMDR. Integrating neuropsychological principles, I help clients understand how trauma and stress affect the brain and body, process complex experiences, and build sustainable healing and growth.
