Sometimes we become stuck in dysfunctional cycles that keep us from being open to life’s possibilities. From a trauma perspective, this may be due to circumstances beyond our control. If you are often overwhelmed, angry, shut down, withdrawn, feeling too needy in relationships or constantly in survival mode you don’t have to suffer alone. Together we can find a path forward. Maybe you are a concerned parent of a teen. I offer support for teens struggling with anxiety around school, relationships, sports, body image and social activities. Using relational techniques, neurofeedback, trauma processing and growth tools such as the enneagram I will partner with you to find your unique path forward.
